Kajang, September 22nd, 2021- National Anti-drugs Agency (NADA) takes initiative in organizing Simposium Jawatankuasa Pemulihan Dadah Daerah (JKPD) dan Hari Kepulihan AADK Peringkat Kebangsaan Tahun 2021.

General Director of NADA, Tuan Sutekno Ahmad Belon says, the two-days symposium uplifts the theme of “Solidariti Kepulihan” which comes with a purpose in giving chance for the participants to share information and skills widely.

He saids, this includes in helping NADA collaboratively to combat the issue of drugs and substance abuse as well as social diversion.

“For two days, we are given the chance to observe NADA’s client’s potential expand in becoming better individuals through video performance from Pusat Pemulihan Penagihan Narkotik (PUSPEN) and NADA office states by visiting 10 exhibition rooms virtually.

“This Symposium carries the virtual 3d Expo concept and it gives new experience. The usage of webinar platform is also considered as the best option during this time.

“Through this communication method, we could interact directly through video session or talk in chat box provided with more ease and without interruption,” he says.

He says this in Majlis Perasmian Simposium JKPD dan Hari Kepulihan AADK Peringkat Kebangsaan Tahun 2021 today.

The program that is held through video conference by YB Dato’ Seri Hamzah Zainudin and also joined by senior officers in Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) and NADA as well as groups of symposium’s participants.

Also present are Datuk Wan Ahmad Dahlan Abdul Aziz, Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Dalam Negeri. 

Explaining further, Tuan Sutekno suggests for more active participants to explore each function of buttons and rooms provided.

 “The presentation session of different topics by organizations can be visited in separate rooms according to each of their correspondence and needs,” he adds.
