The Information and Communication Technology Division is under the management sector which provides ICT support services to the NADA community.

To plan, develop, coordinate, execute and maintain the application system and NADA website
To manage the operations and services of the Data Centre and ICT Disaster Recovery Centre
To manage the technical support for ICT, network, assets and ICT infrastructure
To manage the demographic and biometric database
To manage and ensure ICT security control including information security
To plan and manage ICT project execution
To manage e-mail and internet services
To facilitate and collaborate data sharing with other government agencies
To provide ICT Helpdesk services
To plan and manage ICT internal training requirements
