Legal Advisory Unit

The legal advisor serving in the Agency is a special representative of the Attorney-General whose general function is to advice the Agency on legal matters. Therefore, the presence of the legal advisor of the Agency is to discharge the duties of the Federal Constitution as explicitly stated under Article 145 (2) of the Federal Constitution.

Function

To provide quality legal advice to the Agency and to act in accordance with the Federal Constitution and the Law with regards to the Government’s policy and public interest
