Management Service Division

The Management Service Division is responsible for administrative matters, management of human resources, finance and procurement, infrastructure development as well as management of information resources in support of NADA’s core services.

Function

  • To manage matters related to personnel services
  • To develop human capital through training and information resources
  • To prepare the annual budget and manage financial affairs efficiently
  • To control and monitor expenditure as well as supervising financial records
  • To manage general administration including maintenance of buildings, vehicles and assets
  • To prepare budget allocation for development and monitor performance of  project implementation
  • To systematically manage the information resource centre
  • To manage and monitor NADA’S quality implementation
