KOTA BHARU, Nov 2, 2023 – The Kelantan Government Secretary held the 2023 Kelantan Integrity Convention at the Tok Guru Dato’ Bentara Setia Hall, Kota Darulnaim Complex, Kota Bharu, Kelantan here on Thursday.

The programme emphasizes the aspect of integrity in service to civil servants in the state.

The Menteri Besar of Kelantan, YAB Dato’ Mohd Nassuruddin Daud said, integrity is kindness, which is awareness as if seeing God with the eyes of the heart, which means we are in the present of God and always seen by Allah SWT.

“Mahmudah’s nature will give birth to sincere individuals because they are confident that every act will be counted.

“The concept of greater integration is punctuality and the delivery of authentic information as well as pure association among colleagues,” he said when he officiated the Kelantan Integrity Convention Council 2023.

According to him, the Ubudiyyah, Mas’uliyah and Itqan (UMI) programme is implemented every week in every department which proves that the state government is very serious in empowering a work culture with integrity.

Furthermore, he called on civil servants in the state of Kelantan to participate in the Islamic Tassawur Diploma programme at Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic University College (KIAS) which is able to increase the efficiency, knowledge and religious understanding of civil servants.

Also present was the Deputy Menteri Besar of Kelantan, YB Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Fadzli Dato’ Hassan and the Secretary of the Kelantan State Government, YB Dato’ Kaya Setia Datuk Haji Nazran Muhammad. Including, a total of 30 NADA members from the state of Kelantan were present, led by the Director of NADA Kelantan, Tuan Nik Muhamad Nik Dir.
