KAJANG, October 21, 2022 – The National Anti-Drug Agency (NADA) encourages its employees to be creative and innovative as to drive NADA to a higher level plain field among potential competitors.

To realize the goal, NADA is organizing the Konvensyen Inovasi dan Hari Kecemerlangan AADK 2022 at NADA headquarters, here today.

The convention which start off from Wednesday and lasted for three days, aims to broaden NADA personnel mind-set to think outside the box creatively and innovatively producing new idea, introduce new systems and ways of generating organizational excellence through the approach of creativity, innovation and value as well as foster cooperation among NADA personnel and strengthen the relationships between staff and management.

The project competition involved 19 groups and the NADA Penang State through the Supreme Group was crowned as the champion while the NADA Selangor State and the Narcotic Addiction Rehabilitation Center (PUSPEN) in Muar were chosen as the most outstanding NADA state and PUSPEN.

Furthermore, Director General of AADK, Tuan Sutekno Ahmad Belon reminded NADA employees to see the the bigger picture the convention has to offer as a center of personal excellence, which can increase productivity and quality of service to all the clients. Earlier, he officiated the Convention.

Moreover, through the government ‘Wawasan Kemakmuran Bersama 2030’, NADA employees are advised to optimize the use of technology as to provide excellent services and be delivered in real time and efficiently.

Also present at the event were Deputy Director General (Management) Puan Chan Hong Jin and Deputy Director General (Operations), Dato’ Dr. Muhamad Sade Mohamad Amin.
