NADA’s Outreach program brings awareness to the community

SELAMA, 12 August 2022 – The village of Ijok, Selama, Perak, hosts outreach events like gotong-royong with adopted children.

The purpose of the programme is to raise awareness of the methods used by National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) agents to inform the public and spread information on strategies to prevent drug misuse.

Additionally, adopted children from the programme, made up of students from GiatMARA, SAITO College, and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), can gain an understanding of village culture and be able to communicate information about crime and violence prevention.

At the same time, NADA and the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) also donated money and cleaning equipment to the community.

NADA Deputy Director General (Operations), Dato’ Dr. Muhamad Sade Mohamad Amin and NADA Prevention Division Director, Zainudin Abdullah were also present in the program.
