PORT DICKSON, June 23, 2023 – A total of 51 District heads from the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) throughout the country participated in the Team Building Course for the heads of District NADA organized by the Human Resource Development Branch from June 21 to 23 at The Academy DRB Hicom, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan .

The course, which lasted for three days, was held to foster cooperation and thus increase team spirit among all participants.

Various activities based on the spirit of belonging, tolerance and love of the organization were revealed to all participants throughout the course.

In addition, the course is also to apply cooperation skills and focus on teamwork training that allows all leaders at NADA to achieve maximum success.

Director General of NADA, Mr. Sutekno Ahmad Belon said, we hoped that the course will be able to change the office environment way of wok duty and leadership of all the frontline officers of the agency in the district.

“Having activities that challenge and test the mental and physical strength of the participant, in the hopes that it will effect a positive wave of change while carrying out duty at work better than before.

“This is because the Head of the NADA District is a leader and all of you are front-line workers for the agency. That is why I emphasize that the District NADA has its own strengths and needs to be strengthened.

“Moreover, why we hold this course is to improve the leadership skills of all the leaders in the district. InsyaAllah there will be other courses that will benefit not only all of us, but also the agency,” he said when officiating the course on Friday .

Also present were Deputy Director General (Management) of NADA, Mrs. Chan Hong Jin and Chief Assistant Director (Human Resource Development) of NADA, Noor Atikah Mokhtar.
