JERANTUT, 27 June 2022 – In conjunction with the 2022 Human Development and Team Building Course, the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) hosted the Ziarah Cakna at the Sungai Tiang Orang Asli Village, Kuala Tahan, Jerantut, Pahang.

The program’s execution aims to strengthen the NADA officers’ sense of teamwork as they provide services to the community, particularly the Orang Asli, by sharing new insights and raising awareness of the community’s welfare.

The initiative seeks to give the participants real-life experiences, challenges, and social services while also sending a strong anti-drugs message to the Orang Asli in the village.

Various activities were held, including Sahabat Cakna, Keluarga Malaysia Sports, NADA ice-breaking sessions with the Orang Asli community and coloring activities for children.

Such events are planned in accordance with the agency’s primary focus areas, which include prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation using the NADA Mobile Recovery Treatment (NADA MRT), which emphasises the idea of “AADK Kepada Anda”.

It indirectly makes sure people who are unable to quit their drug addiction receive the right treatment and recovery.
