KUALA PILAH, 26 July 2022 – The Negeri Sembilan government approved two consideration papers through the Negeri Sembilan Anti-Drugs Action Council Meeting (MTMD) Number 2 of 2022 recently.
The National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) and the Kuala Pilah District Officer presented the two papers which are Implementation of the Kampung Terkawal Dadah Daerah Kuala Pilah Competition 2022/2023 and the Drug-Free Workplace Program (TEKAD) in the public and private sectors.
The competition’s implementation is proposed in order to guarantee that Dadah Terkawal in the Kuala Pilah district achieves its objective and serve as an ideal platform for repeat cases and the prevention of drug abusers in the local community.

In the meantime, the TEKAD Program’s implementation aims to give employers the abilities to handle the drug abuser problem and offer a successful rehabilitation programme.
To increase work productivity, this includes creating a healthy, secure, and favorable workplace environment.
Earlier, NADA Director General Tuan Sutekno Ahmad Belon and Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan YAB Dato’ Seri Aminuddin Harun presided over the meeting.

The State Legal Adviser, Dato’ Muzalmah Mustapha Kamal; Negeri Sembilan Finance Officer; Dato’ Mohd Khidir Majid; The Head of the Stewardship Unit for the Coordination of the Implementation of the National Drug Prevention Policy, Mohd Nadmin Ramlan and the Director of NADA Negeri Sembilan, Dr. Hadijah Baba were also present in the meeting.

MTMD Negeri Sembilan Number 2 of 2022 took place at Wisma Majlis Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
