AADK stays committed in greening KBT

KAJANG, 26 November 2021 – National Anti-drugs Agency (NADA) stays committed in making High Rish Areas (KBT) to go green in order to achieve the agency’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in conjunction with 100 Hari Aspirasi Keluarga Malaysia.

NADA’s Deputy General Director (Operation), Dato’ Dr. Muhamad Sade Mohd Amin says, the target carries a purpose to clean the areas which believed to be drug addiction’s region.

According to him, AADK previously identifies those areas as hot spot for drug addiction’s activities.

“Throughout this checking, we find positive responses and cooperation involving NADA and local authority party (PBT) for this area’s cleaning process (drug addiction’s area).

“Previously, this area is known as hot spot for addiction and also as a targeted place for small drug suppliers.
“Nevertheless, there are no longer drug addiction’s activities after the cleaning of this 500-metre area starting early pf this February by using bulldozer meanwhile drug suppliers involved have also been arrested,” he says during visiting session to KBT Kajang in here, today.

“Besides that, Muhamad Sade is certain that cooperation from all NADA parties will enable the greening of KBT areas, indirectly achieving the vision of Controlled Drugs 2025.

“I am confident that cooperation from all parties, the area of Kajang Utama will always be clean from drug addiction’s activities through the process of making KBT green,” he explains further.
