UNLOCK@PLAK new innovation by NADA

SUNGAI PETANI 26 August 2022 – The National Anti-Drug Agency Training Center (PLAK NADA) is determine and in high spirit to further improve their efforts through the UNLOCK@PLAK innovation project so that to reform and initiate the accommodation registration process at the center.

The project new system uses a self-registration method for accommodation through the network provided by PLAK management. Thus, implement a user-friendly system with minimum effort that does not require any individual during their stay at the center to walk to the front desk for the registration process making the operation fast, efficient and contactless.

The objective of the project implementation is to respond to the country’s savings policy by reducing operating expenses, namely overtime demands, utility savings and any indirect costs that might affect the budget. In addition, UNLOCK@PLAK gave a first good impression on PLAK as an international training center in line with the Director General of NADA vision and desire to make PLAK as a center of excellence (COE).

The Director General of NADA, Tuan Sutekno Ahmad Belon took the opportunity to meet and greet UNLOCK@PLAK operators to express his heart felt appreciation and congratulate the team for successfully developing the system internally.

Also present were Deputy Director General (Operations), Dato Dr Muhamad Sade Mohamad Amin and PLAK Director, Dr. Mohd Rafidi Jusoh.
