Teamwork culture among subordinate

HULU LANGAT, May 26, 2023 – The Team Building Course for Top Management and Senior Officials of the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) was held at Agrotek Garden Resort, Hulu Langat, Selangor.

The three-day course which began on May 24, 2023 successfully highlighted the spirit of teamwork and unity of all participants present regardless of rank and position.

The purpose of the course is to strengthen the friendship between all Top Management and NADA Senior Officers.

Among the activities held in conjunction with the course include ‘jungle trekking’, walkathon obstacle course, sports games, water sports and group training.

The activity indirectly tests physical and mental endurance in addition to applying leadership qualities among all participants.

According to the Deputy Director General (Management), Mrs. Chan Hong Jin, the course was held to form cooperation between all parties and get to know each other regardless of background.

“We hold this course every year to understand and recognize the personality of each NADA officer. During the program, we have no sense of hierarchy structure and all the participants are treated the equally, so we can perform all out.

“I believe we can still continue with this kind of team spirit and mentality after we return back to our respective offices and maintain it not only during this course session but be able to work together anywhere,” he said.

Meanwhile, for Kelantan State NADA Director, Rohayu Ahmad said, the numerous activities provided are suitable with the ability of the participants participating in this course.

“I think it’s fun because in addition to doing activities, we can strengthen relationships and get to know each other,” he said.

Also participating in the course were Director General of NADA, Sutekno Ahmad Belon and Deputy Director General (Operations) of NADA, Dato Dr Muhamad Sade Mohamad Amin.
