NADA Kuantan district encourages the youth to join the Skuad ANTIDADAH for volunteers

KUANTAN, 25 September 2022 – A total of 60 volunteers from the Kuantan Skuad ANTIDADAH collaborated with the Kuantan National Anti-Drug Agency (NADA) and East Rock Sdn. Bhd organized an ‘Skuad ANTIDADAH’ carnival at Kempadang Beach, Kuantan here today.

The program started at 10 in the morning and was officiated by the Managing Director of East Rock Sdn. Bhd., Jonathan Wong Kian Foong.

The head of NADA Kuantan district, Mohamad Fahmi Mohamed Raimi said, the program aims to strengthen the relationship between new and old members of the Skuad ANTIDADAH to build confidence and act as a role model in helping the authorities and law enforcement.

“The program is able to light the fire of volunteerism within themselves by using alternative method such as healthy lifestyle activities as a medium while avoiding drug related factors.”

He added, the carnival featured various interesting activities with exhibition programs and anti-drug campaigns such as ‘walking messages’, education in drug prevention, sukan rakyat activities, and colouring competitions for children.

Member registration for Skuad ANTIDADAH was held and provided membership cards handed directly to those who attended.

In addition, NADA invites all ‘Keluarga Malaysia’, especially the youth, to join the Skuad ANTIDADAH together with NADA in realizing the country’s aspirations towards Controlled Drugs 2025.
