NADA approach to improve information delivery system

KAJANG, 9 January 2023- The National Anti-Drug Agency (NADA) will improve its information delivery system by devising a strategy to enable the public to understand every task implemented by the agency.

NADA Director General, Tuan Sutekno Ahmad Belon said, the matter is necessary to ensure that actions based on the agency’s three main core can be realized, especially efforts to curb the drug threat in the country.

โ€œThe effort requires synergy of all parties from the NADA state, Pusat Latihan AADK (PLAK), the Pusat Pemulihan Penagihan Narkotik (PUSPEN) and NADA district by contributing interesting content as an effort of improvement.

“Since 2021, NADA has compiled and drafted information and news about the agency through the agency’s official social media platforms namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, variable information display (VMS) on all highways nationwide and the latest application called TikTok.

“The AADK TV channel through YouTube has been further emphasize by highlighting 7 program segments namely Berita AADK, Hi AADK, Khabar Dari PTj, Selami Jiwa Kami, Lebih Baik Cegah, Ask Mr. AADK and Bicara AADK when delivering the Director General’s New Year’s Message in conjunction with the Monthly Assembly (January) here, on Monday,” he said.

Furthermore, Tuan Sutekno said, based on analysis, the number of viewers and subscribers is still discouraging low and as of today, AADK TV only has 12,200 subscribers.

He suggested that continuous efforts to improve the content and take full advantage of social media platforms must be continued in an effort to spread the latest news about the agency’s activities in all corners and area of the country.
