BUKIT MERTAJAM, August 11, 2023 – Deputy Home Minister, YB Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah took the opportunity to attend a Field Visit Programme last Friday and inaugurated the Al-Fateh Surau at the Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre (PUSPEN) in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

The programme is part of YB Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar’s recent work visits series to Penang.

Through it, he took the opportunity to meet and greet the clients and employees of NADA at PUSPEN, thus establishing a strengthened connection and strategic cooperation in dealing with the country’s drug abuse issues.

At the same time, the deputy home minister also completed the inauguration of Al-Fateh Surau of Bukit Mertajam PUSPEN.

Also present were the Director of NADA’s Prevention Division, Zainudin Abdullah; NADA’s Service Management Division Director, Ahmad Musadad Sulaiman and the Director of Penang NADA, Elmariah Chung.

Present as well were the Director of Perlis NADA, Khairul Anuar Ahmad; NADA Kedah Director, Abdul Hamediee Ibrahim and Bukit Chabang PUSPEN Director, Mohamad Zaki Farkhi Ahmad.
