MACHANG, Feb 18, 2023 – The Anti-Drugs Day celebration is celebrated on June 26, 2023 under the theme ‘Lebih Baik Cegah’ with the message ‘Pencegahan Dadah Bermula di Rumah’.

This Feb 19, the main activities will revolve around 16 program and carried out by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) through the National Anti-Drugs Agency (NADA) spreading across the nation to fuel the celebration of Anti-Drugs Day 2023.

The planned activities involve family institutions, the first bastion in preventing the problem of drug abuse.

Minister of Home Affairs, YB Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail, completed the Pre-Launch of the Anti-Drugs Day Commemoration 2023 in conjunction with the MADANI Program by MOHA which was held for the first time ever at  Kompleks Perpaduan Jajahan Machang, Kelantan.

Moreover, accompanying YB Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution in this event is the Director General of NADA, Tuan Sutekno Ahmad Belon.

The launch is carried out as a reminder to the public about Anti-Drugs Day which will be celebrated from Feb 19 every year in conjunction with the declaration of drugs as the Nation’s Number 1 Enemy.

Furthermore, following the launch, NADA will hold 16 main programs across the nation with a variety of simultaneous activity until the culmination of the inauguration which is on June 26, 2023.

The commemoration and the livelihood the MADANI program by MOHA will include are various service exhibitions and product sales held by all departments and agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
